**How do I place an order?**
If you are a returning Le Marché Pop Up customer and have an account, please sign in using your email address and password, and you will be redirected to the Checkout tab. We encourage you to create an account so you can check out faster with saved billing and shipping information, review order history, and track orders. If you don’t have time to register, that’s okay too! You may use Express Checkout to purchase as a guest.
**How do I track my order?**
After your order is submitted, a confirmation page will provide you with an order number and the details related to your order. We recommend printing this page for your records. Once your items have been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email detailing which items have shipped.
**Can I cancel or modify my order before it ships?**
Once an order is processed, it cannot be canceled or modified.
**What methods of payment do you accept?**
ONLINE SALE: We accept all major credit cards, Apple Pay, Google Pay, Amazon Pay, and PayPal.
IN-PERSON SALE: Cash and all major credit cards as well as Apple Pay and Google Pay are accepted during the in-person sale.

It is our goal to process your order within 1–3 business days after receiving your order. All orders ship UPS Ground from San Pablo, CA, and estimated transit time will be 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.

**How will I know my order has shipped?**
Once your order ships, you will receive tracking details via the email you provided at checkout.
**When will I receive my order?**
We strive to process your order within 1–3 business days, and as mentioned, shipping should take an estimated 1 to 7 business days depending on your location.
**Do you ship to PO Boxes and APO/FPO addresses?**
Unfortunately, we are currently only able to ship to physical addresses. If you enter a PO Box at checkout, your order will be canceled and refunded.
**What is your return policy?**
Due to our final sale policy, WE DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS.

**Help, my item arrived damaged?**
Please contact our customer service team directly at hello@lemarchepopup.com, and we will work on a solution for you. Make sure to include photos of the original shipping box and damaged items along with your order number in your email.
